Sometimes the things are RIGHT NOW going on in the world help make it VERY clear just how far gone it is. Once-free Kanada-with-a-K has become an unabashed police state, complete now with open “public-private partnership” fascism, and their own “red flag” law – where, having already pretty well confiscated people’s guns, their fiat currency is next on the chopping block.
Which is why host Mark Call continues to suggest that it’s past time for a “sense of urgency” about what we need to “come out of” – and WHY.
And this week the admonition begins with something Shaul, or Paul, once wrote to one of his students, Timothy (II Timothy 4:2) about how he – and we – should be ready to “preach the word; be ready in season and out; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine,” because – and it’s pretty clear we’re THERE, NOW, “…the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears…and “shall turn away their ears from the Truth…
Yup – they’ll prefer CNN, NPR, the WaPo and sun-god-day skool, and “…fables.”
We’re there.
So — just how can we be ready to do that? Mark has a few ideas, at least for starters, with those who DO believe He exists, and DID Write a Book – but may not understand what He really said in it.
