Having just experienced Hurricane Idalia here in Florida, I was drawn to the words of Psalm 107. Our Heavenly Father promises to be with us through the storms of life. They might be literal storms of weather, or the might be other storms of finances, health or family. In any case, our Heavenly Father promises that if we will follow His path, we will have blessings and life. It is not always happiness. Sometimes it is Joy amidst the turmoil. Joy comes when we know we are on the right path, but we may not have arrived at the destination yet. We can be joyful even in the middle of trying circumstances as long as we know THE ONE who holds our hand!
