This week the Torah teachers embark on the study of the first part of Ezekiel chapter 23, and what is arguably another of the most ‘politically-incorrect’ warnings in Scripture.
The prophet, in what amounts to a ‘second witness’ of the metaphor from Jeremiah chapter 3, refers directly to YHVH as the husband of ‘two wives.’
And what should perhaps be particularly poignant THIS year, after a Yah-hating anti-constitutional ‘government’ passed what the Founders called “pretend legislation” mocking His institution of marriage, is the contrast.
And the obvious Truth of just what the “whoring” really is.
This will shock some, especially those who haven’t really pondered why the world has become just what it now is. But it should disturb all those with “eyes to see.”
And – be forewarned – the actual text is pretty graphic. He needs to be.
