Love and Torah – what’s love got to do with it? This study series is based on the “Two Great Commands” – love Yahweh and love your neighbor.
Providing a framework for this teaching, Rabbi Steve Berkson offers a brief review of Part 40, which covers the first 9 verses of Romans chapter 12. Then, moving forward, he focuses on verse 10, where we see “in appreciation, giving preference to each other.” Rabbi Berkson explains what appreciation and preference toward your brothers and sisters look like.
In this teaching, Rabbi Berkson covers Romans 12:10-16, which offers guidance and encouragement on how to “love your neighbor as yourself.” Rabbi Berkson once again breaks down the words in these passages so you can gain a deeper understanding of what Yah expects from you, so you can follow through and receive the blessings.
