Dr. Anne Davis explains that the Hebraic way of searching the Scriptures is different from the Christian tradition of hermeneutics that has its roots in Greek philosophy and the Protestant Reformation. Her study of Second Temple literature, she proposes, has opened up methods of searching the Scriptures that would have been in use during the first century at the time of Yeshua.
