A continuation from our previous podcast on 1 Corinthians 13:6 and Paul’s statement that divine biblical love does not rejoice in iniquity.
When we are born into this world, all of us come pre-wired with the spiritual DNA from the same father – Nachash (Genesis 3:1) also called the Serpent and the Devil. Indeed, he IS OUR SPIRITUAL FATHER whether we know it, like it or not. Hence, when we are born into this “Before Life” – as opposed to our wait for an “After Life,” we certainly do not know how to love because we are not “wired” for it. This is precisely why Yeshua said that we must be BORN FROM ABOVE as he also said this to Nicodemus in John 3:3 and 3:7.
Our natural inclination is to love our fallen human condition, a nature that is happy with iniquity (“ahvon” in Hebrew). This explains why Paul so accurately wrote these words with his New Covenant thinking-mind – the Mind of Messiah.
On this podcast, we will look into the DNA of our Father, the Serpent of Genesis chapter three. The story of the Serpent’s DNA is going to show us a lot about how much true love can and will cost us when we desire to Walk in Love which also means to Walk in the Spirit. We’ll find out more about this today.
