The Lion of Judah roars on our behalf. Isaiah 42 tells us that we can stir up our “Lion” on our behalf by praising him and lifting His name up among the nations. He is like the Lion Aslan in the C.S. Lewis story that Mr. Beaver says, “He is dangerous, but He is Good!” Psalm 31 tells us much the same thing – God is on our side if we are committed to following His teachings and instructions.
