This week we will look at a Psalm that isn’t in the book of Psalms. Habakkuk 3 starts out by calling it a prayer or song, and then uses the formats and style of the Psalms of David. This Psalm ends by asking it to be given to the singers and instrumentalists for the worship in the temple. Within the words of this Psalm is a message of hope and confirmation that our Heavenly Father will never leave us or forsake us no matter what things look like surrounding us. We are called upon to stay true to Him and His promises.
