The Promises of our Heavenly Father are sure and everlasting. In Psalm 119, David uses the word for Promise at least 15 times to remind us that our Heavenly Father is good for His word. If He said it, we can depend on it. Even more, the promises of our Heavenly Father are meant to help us do battle against the enemy of our soul who comes to kill, rob, and destroy. These promises give us the certainty that our Heavenly Father is intimately involved in our lives and has not set the world spinning and walked off to leave us alone to fend for ourselves. He is a loving Father that desires to have close relationship with us at every step of the way. The music is from the album “Illuminations.”
