Bob and Valerie Parham are Americans living in Aqaba, Jordan, in order to be close to the Land of Israel. Married for 41 years (2017), they have lived in Jordan since 2005. They attended the same church in the St. Louis, MO area, from the time Valerie was 8 years old and Bob, 9. Bob was best friends with Valerie’s brother and they even roomed together in college before Bob and Valerie got married. They all went to a Christian college in Tennessee. Valerie has a few graduate hours also from Southern Illinois University and Bob also has certifications since his Bachelor Degree. Bob has a background in transportation management and Valerie has a background in sales and sales management, including real estate sales. They have run a couple of different businesses. Their two sons and lovely wives have produced 6 incredible grandchildren. Bob and Valerie have also been actively involved in the Hebraic roots movement, with congregational start-up and support and teaching. They started a bible study group that turned into a congregation in the DFW area that had around a 150-person weekly attendance at its height – late 90’s – early 2000s. Valerie has been sending out a weekly torah teaching for several years to people who have requested it and just last year started teaching on HebrewNationOnline in the program called Our Portion and Cup.

Our Portion and Cup is a weekly torah teaching. The emphasis has been to show Yeshua pictures and the walk out of torah in our personal lives – the understanding we should have to show Yah to the world. There is also an effort to share new truths in the torah, as Yah shows them to us. Because of our background in the traditional church, we can also deal with issues we have all had in basic understanding of torah.
